In case of sick days or other extenuating / unplanned circumstances, children will be given a credit for each day missed, to be used at the end of the school year. Parents must complete an Absent From specifying the reason for the missed day. Please note that credits are not provided for early pick up or choosing to miss a day of the program.
If your child is unable to attend on a particular day, you must notify TMA Staff prior to drop off.
Pick up time is at 5:30 pm each day. PD Day drop off is at 8:30 am.
PD Days are included in Weekly & Monthly Registration at no additional charge.
We want your child to have the best possible experience and encourage you to participate fully in each day! As such we request that children are only picked up early for extenuating circumstances and are allowed to fully participate in the planned activities.
