With a new 6000 square foot state of the art facility, Therien Martial Arts will provide a clean, safe and friendly environment for your child to develop. The facility includes:

• Kitchen equipped with a microwave and refrigerator
• Showers and change rooms
• Air Conditioning
• Matted areas for safe training
• Free wireless internet access (kids will be supervised)

Manotick Location

If you’ve been in the Manotick area for a while, you may have driven past our facility. We’ve been operating on the second floor of 5536 Anne Street and we’re extremely excited to announce that we’ve recently acquired the lower level in order to run our After School Program!
We’ll be working hard over the summer to renovate and outfit the area with everything your child needs to learn, make friends and have fun. The facilities will include:

Staff and Instructors

Our staff and instructors are among the best in the country when it comes to teaching kids. With a powerful record of almost 20 years in the Stittsville area and 10 years in Manotick, we have seen countless children progress through our programs and move on to become successful young adults. In fact, after decades of training, several of our students who started as young as 6 years old are now among our top instructors and have even chosen to make Martial Arts a career!
